Civil Service Aspirants account deletion
This page applies to accounts on civilserviceaspirants.in and the Civil Service Aspirants Android app. One account works on both, so deleting it removes it from both.
How to delete
- In the app: Profile → Delete account.
- On this website: sign in and use the form below.
- Can't sign in? Use the request form below, or email info@civilserviceaspirants.in from your registered email address.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, address, GST number and password.
- Your Google sign-in link, all signed-in sessions and notification tokens.
- Your practice progress and answers, your Reach Us messages and newsletter sign-up.
- Any active plan ends immediately. Unused validity is not refunded.
What is kept, and why
- Payment and invoice records (amount, tax, state, transaction ID and date) are kept for 8 years as required by Indian GST and income-tax law. Your name, email and phone are removed from them, except where a GST invoice was issued to a GSTIN, which must keep the business name and address.
- Anonymous test-attempt statistics, which can no longer be linked to you.
Deletion from the app or this page is immediate. Requests made without signing in are completed within 7 days of you confirming them by email. Your email address can be used to sign up again afterwards.
