We store this billing information so that we can provide you a quick Service on your next payment process.
The Email information collected will be used to send a verification email, apart from that we dont use for anyother reasons. If you are signup using Gmail then no password will be saved in our end, in case you are signup with email and password, then the password is encrypted and stored in database.

If you use the app without an account (as a guest), your practice stats stay only on your phone and are not sent to us.
Payments are processed by PayU. We do not receive or store your card or UPI details. We keep the payment amount, tax, state, transaction ID and date, and the billing name, address and GST number you enter, to issue GST invoices.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at civilserviceaspirants.in/delete-account. This removes your name, email, phone, address, password, Google sign-in link, sessions and practice progress. Payment and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law, with your personal details removed except where a GST invoice was issued to a GSTIN.
